Our Couriers/Tracking
You can track your order online through your Box2000 Account. If you have selected Express Shipping, you will see your consignment number in your account order status panel. On the evening that your transaction is processed (please note this can take up to 8pm on busy days). We process and ship your transaction on the same day, as long as we receive clear funds before 3:30pm. Please ensure your telephone number (preferably landline) is submitted with your order incase we need to perform further verification on the order. Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays and other public UK holidays). If you order after 3.30pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please check that they have been despatched by logging into your account, clicking My Account and selecting the order at the bottom of the page. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged please sign for as damaged. When accepting the goods you have your right to check the items before agreeing to accept from the couriers. Please report any items received as damaged to the courier within 24 hours.
